Inspiration for this piece comes from the historic connection between the peroid of Ismaeeli influence in the Arab world and on Orthodox Christianity. The character wearing what resembles a Shiite Imams head piece, and at the same time the a gold circle similar to Christian Iconography, drawing cross religious connections within the Arab world.
